The essential, aromatic, Basil. Sweet to taste with a delicate texture. It has many culinary uses from pesto to pasta sauces, soups and salads. Not only is it good for your health, when grown outdoors it repels aphids and is bee-friendly.

This fast growing plant grows well in pots if desired and can be also be grown indoors.

Likes sun or shade, and free-draining soil.
