Shipping policy

We offer free delivery when you spend £75 and over, otherwise the shipping cost of your items will be calculated at check-out before you place your order. 

We currently only ship within Great Britain and our delivery times are 3-5 working days*. We use either the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service, or for large items, we ship with DPD. As a guide, our delivery costs are:

Standard Delivery – 3 to 5 working days*

  • Orders over £75: Free delivery
  • Small items (letterbox size): £2.95
  • Small parcel: £3.95
  • Medium or Large parcel: £5.90

* working days are Monday to Friday

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday only (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). Remote postcodes may have longer delivery times.

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days. Please note, any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed as soon as possible on the next working day. Tracking information will then be made available to you via email, as soon as reasonably possible.

During seasonal times such as Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 working days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Signing for Deliveries – Age Restricted items

In most cases, you don’t need to sign for your delivery. However, for specific restricted items that can only be purchased by individuals over the age of 18, such as scissors and secateurs, a signature will be required upon delivery, along with proof of age. Royal Mail accept the following proof of age documents:

  • Valid passport
  • Valid UK or EU driving license (provisional or full).

Our Packaging

We aim to use as little packaging as possible, and for the packaging that we do use to be recyclable as far as possible. To ensure your items arrive safely, we use shredded cardboard and tissue paper to protect your items before placing them in a cardboard box, sealed with paper adhesive tape. Our small delivery cardboard boxes are climate neutral.

About half of our packaging is purchased from a B Corp and Carbon Neutral certified provider which accounts for and offsets its scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions.

Purchasing Multiple Items

To reduce the amount of packaging we use, and the number of deliveries needed, we do our best to group together as many items as possible. However, where this is not possible and separate packages are needed (e.g. for very large items), your items may arrive on different days, but you will not be charged for additional deliveries.
