Returns and Refunds Policy

Welcome to Wilding & Wonder! Your satisfaction is our priority. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines how you can request a return, the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, and the associated timelines and fees. Please read this policy carefully. By making a purchase on www.wildingandwonder.com, you agree to the terms set out below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products purchased from Wilding and Wonder under the following conditions:
- Return Timing: Returns must be initiated by you within 14 days of the delivery date and received by us within 14 days of us approving your request.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, unworn and in their original condition and packaging with all tags and accessories intact and received by us within 14 days of us approving your request.

Non-Returnable Items: (unless due to a defect or error on our part)
- Skincare products, including hand soap, lotions and body soap.
- Digital products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Used or damaged items.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us:
Email us at returns@wildingandwonder.com with your name, order number, the reason for the return and any supporting photos. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Receive Authorization:
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number (RAN) with instructions for shipping the item back to us, including our returns address. We aim to provide this within 2 working days.
3. Ship the Item:
- Package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Include the return authorisation number in the package together with your name, order number and address.
- Ship the item to the returns address that we will provide to you, using a trusted and trackable shipping service. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price of orders returned to the wrong address, so please ensure that you check and secure this carefully with your return items.
Returns Process
1. Inspection:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
2. Approval:
If the return is approved, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email. You will receive the refund to your original payment method within 14 days after the items are received by us.
3. Partial Refunds:
If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our criteria, a partial refund may be issued at our absolute sole discretion.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns and unfortunately if this does occur, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is received by you damaged or defective:
- Contact us at returns@wildingandwonder.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, address, order number, description of the issue and photos which clearly show the damage or defect.
- We aim to respond within 2 working days with an explanation of the options available to you – usually a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
- If we require you to return the item, you must do so within 14 days of our response. To help you to ensure that your return order reaches us, we may at our sole discretion use our own delivery partners to process your returns. If we wish to do this, we will notify you and we offer this free of charge. Once we receive the Product from you, we will test it to ensure that we agree with your assessment.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement for you (if requested by you and available), or a refund if you do not want a replacement, or if no replacement is available. If a refund is requested for the faulty item, we will refund the price of the faulty item and the delivery charges paid.
- If your item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee, we may ask you to return an item directly to a manufacturer.
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of receiving it, please follow the steps above.
If you return something to us as faulty but which isn’t actually faulty, the Product will be returned to you at your expense.
Items which are damaged after receipt by you or because of negligence, normal wear and tear, accident or due to misuse will not be considered faulty for these purposes.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
