We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
d. If you have ordered multiple Product(s), they may arrive in more than one delivery at differing times. That said, we do try to group Products together into fewer deliveries, to reduce our environmental impact.
e. You may need to sign an acceptance of the delivery (depending on the Product(s)) but if no one is available at your nominated address to sign an acceptance of delivery then the carrier will leave a note confirming that delivery has been attempted and that you will need to contact them to rearrange the delivery.
f. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your Product(s) are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong Product. To do this, please follow the steps in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
g. Age-restricted Products (such as scissors and secateurs) must be received by someone who is over 18 years old on the day of receipt. - The aim is to investigate your complaint properly and reply to you within ten working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with. If this is not possible, an interim response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered.
- Finally, please also let us know if you're happy with our Services too.

However, we do not seek to limit or exclude our liability or any other liability which cannot by law be limited.
b. You further agree that you will indemnify us, and keep us indemnified, in full against all costs, expenses, liabilities, damages and losses including any interest, fines and legal or other professional fees and expenses awarded against or incurred or paid by us as a result of or in connection with any breach by you of these Terms.

Where the event affects delivery of Products to you, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date after the event is over unless the effect of the act or event is reasonably to negate the ability of Wilding & Wonder to perform the contract in which case we shall notify you of such negation and refund to you any money paid in respect of Products undelivered.
h. To the extent permitted by law we shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
